HOTEL POLICIES

 We want you to have the best Executive Experience at the Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York. To make your stay memorable, please review these guidelines prior to your stay for the ultimate Executive Experience and stay.

CHECK-IN POLICIES
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.

GUARANTEE RULES
Prepaid Rooms. Your reservation is being held by the credit card provided at the time of booking. The reservation is non-refundable / non-cancellable, and you will be charged the full amount at time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND EARLY DEPARTURES
Cancellable Rooms. Your reservation is being held by the credit card provided at the time of booking. 100% of the first night may be charged any time after booking. Your credit card may be charged if you do not check-in at the hotel on the scheduled arrival day. If you shorten your scheduled departure after checking-in, or if you do not cancel your reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy. You may cancel your reservation for until 3pm local hotel time 2 days before your scheduled arrival date to avoid 1-night penalty including room rate and applicable taxes. Any change to your arrival or departure date or room type is subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the modification is requested and may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees. To make a change please contact The Hotel. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early before the departure date confirmed for any reason, the hotel may impose an early departure fee.

RATE RULES/RESTRICTIONS
Rates are confirmed in American currency. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversion or foreign charge fees by the bank or credit card Company, which are not within the hotel’s control. All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not labeled as such, you cannot derive any rights in the event of obvious errors or mistakes. Tour and package rates vary according to the features of the specific package or program offered at each hotel. The applicable charges for the packages confirmed are indicated in your e-mail confirmation details. Applicable taxes, service charges, and value-added tax (VAT), if applicable, will be added to the hotel bill unless indicated as a package feature. The taxes, service charges and value added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.

 

 

 



ADDITIONAL INFO

RESORT FEE/FACILITY FEE
The rate does not include a mandatory Facility Fee equal to $15.00 USD (before taxes) charged per night, per room. Includes: local calls, daily newspaper, 2 bottles of Dasani water per day, WIFI, In room Keurig Coffee, Unlimited 24/7 access to fitness center and package handling.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
A credit card and valid picture I.D. of the guest is required upon check-in. Upon arrival, we require a valid credit card or debit card. The card will be authorized at check-in for the estimated amount of your entire stay (room, Facilities Fee, an amount for incidentals, plus applicable taxes), The hotel will hold an additional $100.00 per day for incidental charges over and above the amount due for room and tax. The hotel will release any unused portion of the funds upon check-out. It may take 72 hours or longer after check-out for your bank to release the credit hold on your account however; your bank may take up to 30 days to return funds to your debit card. The hotel is not responsible for overdraft charges incurred due to the hold.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT
Rooms may not be available until after the reserved hotel's designated check-in time. Early check-in is extended complimentary based on availability. The late check-out fee varies, depending on the time of day. If a room is not available upon early arrival or we cannot extend your requested late checkout, our bell staff will be happy to store your luggage on your behalf.

Guests can choose to do early check for an additional $35. Please contact the hotel for more details.

PARKING
For valet parking, Sedans are $75 plus taxes and SUVs are $85 plus taxes. Self-Parking is available nearby for $49.50 plus tax, tickets must be validated and issued by guest services

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including in the guest rooms. There will be a minimum $250 cleaning charge assessed if it is determined that there was smoking in the guest room during your reservation period.

PET POLICY
Dogs weighing less than 30 pounds are welcome in our pet-friendly rooms. Pets may not be left unattended at any time. There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150.00
